叉车货叉应力集中系数的分析

Analysis of stress concentration coefficient of forks of lift trucks

对叉车货叉在承载时的应力集中现象辅以光弹测试进行分析,提出了对货叉产生应力集中的各种影响因素和影响程度。依据对有限容量的光测结果与正交设计计算结果的分析,提出了满足货叉实际工况的应力集中系数计算的经验公式;经几种计算方法的比较,确认了经验公式的可靠性和精确程度。

Based on analysis of phenomenon of stress concentration in forks of loaded lift trucks supplemented by photoelastie measurement, the author lists various factors causing stress concentration in forks, as well as extents of their effect. After analysing result of photoelastic measurement of limited volume and result of calculation of orthogoual desigh, empirical formula is given to calculate coefficient of stress concentration under practical working condition of forks. The reliability and precision of empirical formula is confirmed after comparison with various calculation methods.
