摘要
本文根据架空索道、缆索起重机承载索张力方程的解,介绍承载索张力计算诺模图的编制及其应用实例。使用该图表,可以方便地求出悬索跨内任一载荷位置的张力值,避免复杂的三次方张力方程的计算过程。据国内用户使用表明,它比过去试算法简便,最大误差率在1%以内,能满足工程计算要求。
Based on solution from tension equation for load carrying rope used in cable ways and cable cranes, present paper introduces a way of making homograph of tension of load carrying rope, as well as examples of its application. By referencing to the nomograph, it is easy to find tension value at any load position within the span of suspended rope, avoiding complex calculation procedure with third degree tension equation. After being used by domestic users, it shows that, it is more convenient than previous method of trial calculation. The maximum error is within 1%, satisfying the requirement of engineering calculation.
