公仆型领导:量表的修订与作用效果 被引量:4

摘要 首先采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对西方公仆型领导问卷进行修订,结果表明,在中国文化背景下,公仆型领导是由遵守道德规范、为社区创造价值、授权、概念技能、把下属放在首位、情绪抚慰六个维度构成。在此基础上,采用逐步回归分析探讨了公仆型领导对员工工作满意度和情感承诺的影响效果。结果表明,公仆型领导具有良好的领导效能。
