Discussion on the Problems and Improvements of Common Unqualified Luminaires

针对灯具在委托检验中发现的不合格项目,分析了不合格项目产生的原因,根据GB7000.1灯具的国家强制性标准要求,从标记、结构、接地规定、内部接线和外部接线、防触电保护、耐久性试验、耐热、耐燃烧和耐电痕等方面进行了探讨,提出了一些改进的措施。

In connection with the common unqualified items of luminaires found in inspection,this paper analyzes the causes of these unqualified items.According to the compulsory standards for luminaires of GB 7000.1,the paper makes discussions on label,structure,earthing rule,external wiring and inside wiring,electric-shock safeguard,durability test,heat resisting,flame resisting,track resisting and so on,and gives suggestions to improve.
