摘要 介绍了三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(MUF)共缩聚树脂的合成以及反应后期不同尿素加入量对MUF共缩聚树脂性能的影响。同时借助DSC热分析仪考察了MUF的固化特征,结果表明:反应后期补加尿素主要影响MUF树脂固化吸收总热量及峰值温度,而且在固化剂加入前后,表现出了不同的固化反应。随着最后一次尿素加入量的增加,总体吸热量在逐渐下降。使用MUF共缩聚树脂压制的胶合木,其物理力学性能可以达到JAS中的相关指标。 A synthesis method for melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) resin was introduced and the effects of the urea addition amount at later reaction on the performance of MUF resins were studied. The curing characteristics of MUF resin was analyzed by DSC. The results showed that addi- tion amounts of urea at later reaction would mainly affect total curing absorption heat and peak temperature. The curing behavior was different before and after adding curing agent. With the increase amount of the last urea addition, the total absorption heat declined. The performance of glulam prepared with MUF co-condensation resins could meet the JAS standard requirements.
