在我国港口散货码头使用的国产带式输送机,起动过程中常发生电控故障,烧毁电动机和输送带打滑的现象;本文结合消化引进的带式输送机电控技术,介绍笼型和绕线型电动机的几种电控设备。另外,还从用户使用角度对带式输送机的电控设计、选型提出一些建议。

Malfunction of electric control device, motor damage and slipage of conveyor belt frequently occur in domestic made belt conveyors at bulk solids port terminals. Present paper introduces several electric control devices for squirrel-cage and slip-ring motors with reference to electric control technique of imported belt conveyors. In addition, proposal is made for design and selection of electric control of belt conveyor from the user's point of view.
