摘要
对3种不同直径的粗合成纤维进行了拔出试验,研究了纤维埋深、基体强度、纤维直径等因素对纤维黏结强度的影响规律。结果表明:纤维与水泥基体的黏结强度随埋深的增加而减小,最后趋于稳定;基体强度增加时,黏结强度也增加,但黏结强度随基体强度的增加同样趋于稳定;随着纤维直径增大,黏结强度稍有增加;当纤维埋深较浅时,纤维为拔出破坏,当埋深大于等于临界埋深时,会发生拔断破坏。
Synthetic macro-fiber pull-out test with three different diameter is tested in this paper. The effect factors of embedding lengths, mortar compressive strength and the diameter of the fiber on the bond property are researched. The results show that interfacial bond strength decreases with the fiber embedding length increase, the interfacial bond strength become constant at the end;the interfacial bond strength will increased with the increase of the compressive strength of mortar, the interfacial bond strength will be con- stant with the increase of the compressive strength of mortar; the interfaeial bond strength will increase with the inerease of the diameter of the fiber; when the embedding length is shallow, the fiber will be pulled out, when the embedding length is deep, the fiber will be fragmented.
