摘要
介绍了唐钢高强高韧性X65管线钢的试制情况。采用光学显微镜和拉伸试验等方法研究了X65管线钢的显微组织、力学性能及冲击韧性。结果表明,试制X65管线钢组织细小、均匀,铁素体为不规则多边形铁素体,晶粒度平均为12.5级。其由于晶粒细小且夹杂物含量低,所以X65管线钢的强度和韧性好,能满足用户的使用要求。
The trial production of X65 pipeline steel with high strength and toughness was introduced.The microstructure,mechanical properties and impact toughness of X65 pipeline steel were studied by means of optical microscope and tensile test.The results show that the microstructure of the X65 steel is fine and homogeneous,the ferrite is irregular polygon with average grain degree of 12.5.The X65 pipeline steel has high strength and toughness because of the fine microstructure and less impurities,and can meet the requirements of the consumers.
