摘要
以GTPH60-4.0/3.0-W型固定式破碎机的工作装置整体为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立了完整的工作装置三维有限元模型,并利用插件Simulation对其进行了4种典型工况下的强度、变形、模态及销钉受力的分析,并结合实际产品开发进行了验证。分析结果表明,基于工作装置整体的集成有限元分析方法极大地降低了因构件简化等原因造成的计算误差,为结构的进一步优化、设计改进提供依据。
Take the working device of GTPH60-4.0/3.0-W hydraulic crusher as' an example, establish its 3D finite element model by SolidWorks, analyze strength, deformation, modal and pin force under four typical working conditions by Simulation, and finally confirm the results with the actual product development. The result shows that the integrated finite element method greatly reduces the calculated error produced by simplification of components and provides basis for the further structural optimization and design improvement.
