摘要
分析了单体液压支柱的结构类型及工艺过程,针对目前内注式单体液压支柱存在的缺点,提出了一种高效单体液压支柱的工作原理,并进行了结构设计。理论分析表明,新型单体液压支柱具有空载升柱速度快、效率高及操作方便等特点,可替代现有内注式单体液压支柱,广泛用于炮采工作面和高档普采工作面。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of structure types and process of the individual hydraulic prop and aimed at the existing problems, the paper introduces the working principle of the hand individual prop and carries out its structural design. The researchable results show that this prop could replace the individual hydraulic prop because of its high rising speed high efficiency and convenient operation, and could be widely used for the blasting faces and the superior conventional faces.
