摘要
载荷谱是评估卸船机结构和零部件寿命的重要依据。笔者以某码头1800t/h抓斗卸船机抓斗钢丝绳为研究对象,分析了影响载荷谱的因素。对5.5万t级货船卸船作业过程进行了实时数据采集,并对采集到的载荷数据进行预处理后,用三峰谷雨流计数法进行统计处理,绘出了矿石卸船机抓斗钢丝绳在该船型全部作业过程中的载荷谱。根据不同船型对于载荷谱的影响,推导出卸船机用于其他船型的载荷谱,从而可以获得卸船机抓斗钢丝绳全年的载荷谱,为其寿命评估打下了基础。
Loading spectrum is an important basis for evaluating structure of the grab unloader and service life of its parts. This article chooses the grab unoader with speed 1 800 t/h as the object, analyzes the factors affecting the loading spectrum. Then, it carries out the real-time data acquisition of the whole operation ,for unloading the freighter with 55 kilotons and the statistic treatment by 3 peak-valley rain-flow counting after pretreating the gathered data, and plots the loading spectrum of the grab wire during the whole operation. According to influences of different freighters on the spectrum, the article deduces the spectrums for different freighters, gains the annual spectrums of the wire, and prepares for assessing its life.
