摘要
针对煤矿电厂输煤系统逻辑程序复杂、容错性差、控制流程不尽合理等问题,研究提出了燃料输送系统工作流程的优化手段,同时对带式输送机常见故障提出了更为可靠的监测和诊断方法。详细介绍了该系统的硬件设计、软件设计和通信协议设置,对原有的输煤控制系统从控制策略和系统结构上进行了升级改进,实现了燃料输送系统的自动化控制及各级设备的故障保护。
For the problems existing & the fuel delivery system in the mine power plant, &cluding complex logic programs, bad fault tolerance and unreasonable control flows, this paper studies and analyzes its workflow optimization and proposes a more reliable monitoring and diagnostic method for the common faults of the belt conveyor. Meanwhile, the paper also introduces its hardware design, software design and the setting of communication protocols in detail, improves and upgrades the system for the control strategy and the systematic structure, and finally implements the automatic control of the fuel delivery system and the protection of devices at all levels.
