球磨机混合运动状态下介质运动形态的分析研究 被引量:8

摘要 球磨机的研磨效率与介质运动状态密切相关,该文就球磨机介质泻落和抛落的混合运动状态展开分析研究,将混合运动状态下的介质运动按照随筒体上升、沿泻落面滑落及抛落运动进行分区计算分析,给出了不同分区介质分布的计算模型与算法,获得在不同填充率和磨机转速下介质的运动形态。对比分析显示,计算结果与实际介质运动相符。 The grinding efficiency of the ball mill is closely related to the medium motions. This paper analyzes the hybrid state of the grinding medium's cascading and throwing motions. The medium movements under this state are divided into several following areas to calculate, including rising with the wall, slipping along the cascading plane and throwing motion, and their computational models and arithmetic are given to acquire the medium motions with different filling rates and rotation rates. Relative analysis shows that the calculated results accord with the practice.
