国内外香蕉筛的研究现状及今后我国重点研究方向

简述了香蕉筛的筛分原理和基本特性,介绍了国内外一些典型的香蕉筛的现状及其主要特点,并分析了我国香蕉筛目前存在的一些问题。同时提出了今后我国重点研究的方向:深入研究筛分机理;研究结构新颖的香蕉筛;研究各项技术参数之间的关系;采用先进分析软件优化分析;简化结构及制造工艺;加强关键件加工工艺的研究;制造采用的材质的研究;研究降低噪声的方法;加强构件表面耐磨、耐腐蚀问题的研究。

This paper introduces＇ the screening principle and characteristics of the banana screen, introduces some typical banana screens and their traits, and analyses the existing problems of the domestic banana screens at present. Besides, the paper also brings forward the major researchful directions in our country in future, including the screening mechanism, the novel banana screen, relations of all technical parameters, the optimization analysis using advanced software, the simplification of structure and manufacturing process, study on processes of key parts, material researches, noise reduction methods, and study on surface wearing resistance and corrosion resistance of members.
