Computer aided simulation of dynamic system of overhead travelling crane

本文以桥式起重机为例,探讨了计算机仿真试验技术在机械动力学研究中的应用,并编制了仿真试验程序DSCS。通过实例进行仿真试验与实物试验对比分析,验证了本文的简化建模方法和程序DSCS的实用性与可靠性。仿真试验比实物试验更方便、更安全、可节省人力、物力和时间。

Taking OTC as an example, the present article discusses the application of simulation technology to mechanical dynamic system. A simulation program DSCS is compiled. The comparison and analysis of the results of simulation and in-situ test has proved the aecesibility and reliability of the simplified modelling, procedure and the mentioned program. Compared with full scall test, simulation appears to be more convenient and safer and saves manpower, material and time.
