摘要
介绍了美国电力综合资源规划实施的情况,以美国太平洋电力公司和加州为典型案例,对其实施电力综合资源规划的经验进行分析,并结合我国实际情况,分析总结了美国电力综合资源规划经验对我国的借鉴之处。
The implementation status quo of American power IRP was presented in this paper.As typical cases,the implementation experiences of power IRP in Pacific Power Company and California were analyzed.Combined with the actual conditions of China,the reference of American power IRP experiences to China was analyzed and summarized in this paper.
