发电集团公司电煤供应链能力成熟度模型及综合评价

Power Coal Supply Chain Capability Maturity Model of Power Generation Group Corporation and Comprehensive Evaluation

分析了当前电煤供应链系统中存在的问题,提出从现代化物流运作能力、与外部企业或政府机构的协调能力以及公司供应链管理的专业化程度3大方面及相关的22个主要内容入手,构建发电集团公司电煤供应链能力成熟度模型的思路。给出了电煤供应链系统能力成熟度的模糊综合评价方法和步骤,并对某发电集团公司电煤供应链系统进行了评价分析,发现该成熟度模型和综合评价方法对指导发电集团改进和完善电煤供应链系统有较好的作用。

This paper analyzed the current problems in power coal supply chain,and put forward an idea of constructing the power coal supply chain capability maturity model of power generation group corporation by considering three aspects such as modern logistics operational capability,coordination ability with external business or government agency.The specialization degree of company′s supply chain management includes 22 major contents.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of power coal supply chain capability maturity and its steps were given in this paper,and this method was used to evaluate some power generation group corporation′s power coal supply chain system.By this case,the capability maturity model and comprehensive evaluation method were shown to have a better efficiency to guide power generation group to improve and perfect its power coal supply chain system.
