由电子皮带秤、电子秤二次仪表、计算机系统、给料机控制装置和给料机动力设备组成了自动计量控制系统。影响其计量精度的因素有:给料设备给料不均匀;秤架设计与安装不当;传感器及二次仪表的误差;计算机系统随机误差;电机调速器精度等。

Automatic weighing control system consists of electronic belt scale, secondary instruments of the electronic scale, computer system, control device of a feeding equipment and power equipment. Factors which affect weighing precision include: uneven feeding of feeding equipment, improper design and installation of scale frame, error of sensing device and secondary instruments, random error of computer system, precision of speed regulator of electric motor etc.
