“全球综合观测战略”概貌

“全球综合观测战略”,即IGOS,是国际上正在酝酿进行大规格国际合作的一个重要项目。其目的是联合全球的努力,向从事地球气候和环境变化的科学家提供充分的数据。本文介绍了IGOS的产生的背景、原则、工作阶段,所涉及的国际组织,六个样板项目,CEOS的决议等。中国应积极参加这一项目,这不仅可为人类做出贡献,也可加速我国感事业的发展。

Integrated Global Observing Strategy, i. e. IGOS, is a large international cooperation project in discussion. It's purpose is to joint global efforts to provide sufficient observing dafa to scientists in research on changes of Earth climate and environment. This paper presents IGOS background principles working phases, involved international organizations. six sample projects and CEOS res-olution. China shall actively participate in this cooperation in order to not only make contributions to the mankind, but also speedup the development of remote sensing cause of our country.
