Design and Implementation of Registration System for Elf-Taught Examination in Xinjiang Atomies Reign Based on the Bilingual

新疆是一个多民族,多语种的地区,随着自学考试人数和密度的不断增加,对自学考试报名提出双语操作界面、双语机读卡报名的要求。将电子准考证、机读卡、指纹识别等技术应用到自学考试报名中,提高报名与报考的速度,实现考试管理工作规范化、公正化。本文探索了基于Unicode字符集维文信息的存储与识别。

Xinjiang is a multi--ethnic, multi--lingual area. With the number of self--examination and the increasing density of the topics, it puts forward a bilingual user interface, bilingual JiDu ka registration requirements. Electronic examination certificate, JiDu ka, camera and fingerprint machine are applied to self--examination, the application and improving the speed, security and ability to identify candidates to make sure the examination regular and fair. It explores the information storage and identification based on the Unicode Uyghur information.
