摘要
拒绝服务(DoS)或分布式拒绝服务(DDoS)攻击是网络面临的主要安全威胁之一,已造成了巨大的经济损失,针对该类攻击的防御技术和手段日益活跃和多样化。主要研究网络仿真技术及其在DoS/DDoS防御研究中的应用,着重研究运用当前应用最广泛的网络仿真器--NS-2进行仿真的关键技术,有效遏制DoS/DDoS攻击的发生,为网络防御研究打下基础。
Denial-of-Service （DOS） attack is a major threat to Intemet security, and has been causing enormous economic losses, many defense techniques are proposed to try to address this attack. In this paper, we mainly study network simulation technology and its application in DoS/DDoS attacks defense. Especially we do research on Network Simulator Version-2 widely used and its usage in network research, which will suppress DoS/DDoS attacks and lay foundation for network defense research.
