电网建设相邻关系纠纷分析与处理

Analysis and Solutions on Disputes Involving Adjacent Properties in Power Grid Construction

随着国民经济的快速发展,电网建设力度也在不断加大,电网建设中因相邻关系引起的民事纠纷逐渐增多。结合电网建设项目和企业工作的实际,对此类相邻关系纠纷进行了分析,归纳了处理这类案件的法律依据,并提出应对的措施,对电网建设项目和电力企业法律实务有一定的参考意义。

With the rapid development of the national economy and the acceleration of power grid construction, cases of civil disputes arising from adjacency relations have been gradually increasing. Based on the actual conditions of the power grid project construction and the power enterprises involved, this paper analyzes these civil disputes involving adjacency relations, sums up the legal basis in dealing with these cases, and finally puts forward appropriate measures. This study has certain reference significance for the power grid project construction and the law practice of the power enterprises.
