Analysis of Constitution and Evolution of Specialized District of IT Industry in Huangshan Street of Hefei

阐释了信息产业专门化街区的内涵,结合对合肥市黄山路信息产业专门化街区构成要素的分类及其邻近度的分析,分别从空间结构演化、景观演化、功能演化三方面阐述了合肥市黄山路由"电子一条街"向"信息产业专门化街区"的总体演化阶段,探讨了信息产业专门化街区的未来发展趋势。

The planned construction and development problem of high technology gardens from developing background, developing types of all kinds of technological gardens were discussed from different sides by many scholars.For new types of urban space that IT industry formed in China, because of complicated and mixed function space of IT industry and its characteristics of growing spontaneously,few domestic scholars made study on planning of specialized district of IT industry. Basically, it built by the planning model of old business and commercial space, this planning construction approach made the specialized district of IT industry be more problem areas in citys. It prompted us to find the universal rules and characteristics that adapted to the new industrial development of space. This paper mainly clarified the connotation of specialized district of IT industry, and analyzed its constitution and proximity. It studied the evolution of Huangshan street from＂cyber street ＂ to＂ specialized district of IT industry ＂ in the light of the changes of its space structure, landscape and function, so that it could really reveal the development tendency of specialized district of IT industry.
