摘要
根据材料力学理论,推导出适用于钢制卧式压力容器的鞍式支座的腹板与筋板组合截面积以及腹板与筋板组合截面抗弯模量的计算公式。并将计算结果与SW 6的结果进行对比,两者完全吻合,从而为压力容器设计人员在应用SW 6计算软件进行鞍座参数的正确输入时提供了方法和依据。
According to the theory of the mechanics of materials, a calculations formula was deduced. One was suited for com- bined sectional area of web and small end of rib for saddle support of steel horizontal pressure vessel. The other was suited for section modulus of combined section of web and small end of rib for saddle support of steel horizontal pressure vessel. By con- trast, the results of the formula was the same as the results of SW6 perfectly. It can provide the pressure vessel designer a certain method and basis. With them, the designer can input the parameter of the saddle support correctly by using the software of SW6.
