A New Selection of Fuel Supply Alternative for Large Scale Alumina Enterprises

恩德粉煤气化技术对煤种适应性宽、三废处理简单、技术成熟可靠，选用劣质褐煤或长焰煤生产的工业煤气成本低、综合效益好。所生产的煤气热值适宜，对用气量的波动调节灵活，适用于大型氧化铝企业的煤气生产。对恩德粉煤气化技术在应用过程中应注意的问题进行了详述。

Undok Pulverized coal gasification technology is characterized by wide adaptability to coal variety, simple treatment of waste sludge, waste water and waste gas, mature and reliable technology, low cost for the gas production with poor quality lignite and good comprehensive benefit. The produced gas has a suitable calorific value and it has flexible regulation of consumption variation and is applicable to the gas production of large scale alumina enterprises. In this paper, some problems in application of Undok pulverized coal gasification technology were discussed.
