摘要
针对乙氧基化合成工艺,用氮气将液体EO从计量罐底部压出,到反应釜底部,进入反应釜内进行乙氧基化合成反应(称液EO进入法),改为将计量罐中液体EO用蒸汽加热,转化为气体EO,从计量罐顶部,到反应釜底部,进入反应釜内进行乙氧基化合成反应(称汽EO进入法)。改造后缩短了反应周期,降低了反应压力,无死期,节省氮气,降低了成本。
Traditionally, in ethoxylation reaction, nitrogen is used to squeeze liquid EO from the bottom of metering tank to the bottom of reaction vessel. In this experiment of ethoxylation, the liquid EO in metering tank was inverted into gaseous EO by heating with steam, then gaseous EO entered the bottom of reaction vessel from the top of metering tank, which can shorten reaction period, lower reaction pressure, avoid deadline, save nitrogen and reduce cost.
