介绍了地面火炬的特点、事故状态下可能存在的风险。并针对地面火炬的安全距离设计、主要安全设施设计进行了分析和探讨。
Characteristic of the ground torch and potential risk under the emergency condition were introduced. The design of safe distance and main safe facilities was analyzed and discussed.
