摘要 采用水培法研究了不同Cu2+浓度对豌豆种子的萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:低浓度Cu2+处理(<20 mg/L)对豌豆生长有促进作用,豌豆幼苗的根系活力及株高、鲜重有所增加,随着Cu2+浓度的升高,种子萌发率下降、生长受阻,根系活力及叶绿素含量都降低,丙二醛含量呈上升趋势。在较高Cu2+浓度的影响下,豌豆幼苗的生长受到一定程度的抑制,并随着溶液中Cu2+浓度的增加,抑制加重。 The effect of Cu^2+ on germination of pea and physiological characteristics of seedling was studied under different treatments of Cu^2+ with the water culture method. The results showed that the vigor of root systems and the weight of plant were promoted with lower concentration(〈20 mg/L) of Cu^2+. The germination of pea, vigor of root, growth of plants and the chlorophyll were injured and decreased Under the increase of Cu^2+ concertration, however,the MDA was increased. The young pea was inhibited under the high Cu^2+ concertration, inhibition became more and more severe.
