摘要
采用日光温室番茄架下套种双孢菇小区栽培试验的方法,研究了4种菌料用量(0、25、50、75t/hm^2)与土壤呼吸速率、土壤温度之间的关系。结果表明:菌菜套作模式能明显提高5cm地温和土壤呼吸速率,投施菌料的各处理5cm深处土壤温度,土壤呼吸速率与未施菌料的对照之间差异均达到了1%显著水平。当菌料投施量在48.6-56.4t/hm^2范围内时,具有用量少,地温高,增产效果好等优点,应在日光温室内番茄架下套种双孢菇栽培模式中优先选用。
The studies of the relationship between the soil respiration rate and soil temperature at 5 cm depth with dose of the fungus feeding (0.25,50,75 t/hm^2 )under tomato intercropping mushroom cultivation mode in the greenhouse. The results showed that this cultivation mode could significantly increase the soil temperature at 5 cm depth and the soil respiration rate, and the differences of the soil temperature at 5 cm depth and soil respiration rate between with and without the fungus feeding were all over 1%, which were at significance level. When the fungus feeding was between 48. 6-56. 4 t/hm^2 , it appears the advantage at lower using, more effective and higher soil temperature,which was can be preferred use in greenhouse .
