丰花月季‘美神’组织培养研究

Study of the Rosa hybrida "Meishen" Tissue Culture

试验以丰花月季‘美神’带腋芽茎段为外植体进行离体技术研究。结果表明：以枝条中部的腋芽为外植体进行组织培养效果最好，在8d内可萌发，芽长势好；在进行继代培养时．摘心对嫩茎有较大的促进作用，可促使芽快速长高和长粗；利用含不同浓度NAA进行培养诱导生根时，最适浓度为0．1～0．5mg／L，芽高度为2．0～3．5cm时最有利于其生根，生根率达91％，且根系发达。

Used the Stem with axillary of Rosa hybrida ＂meishen＂ as explant to research in vitro. The results showed that the axillary of the central branches as explant to tissue culture was the best. They could germinate in 8 days and the growth of bud was good. When subcultured, topping was much useful for the young stem,which made the bud become higher and more rough. When cultured, used different concentration NAA to induct rooting, the optimum concentration was 0. 140. 5 mg/L. Theheight of bud in favor of taking root was 2. 0-3.5 cm. The rate of rooting reached 91% and the root was developed.
