摘要
结合湖南省的实际情况,在建立主体功能区划分指标体系的基础上,采用基于K-means聚类和层次聚类的混合聚类方法,对湖南省14个地州市进行主体功能区划分。根据划分结果,提出主体功能区的备选方案,可为有关部门提供决策参考。
Principal function regionalization is significant for promoting the healthy development of social economy, particularly for positioning and adjusting regional functions, and the harmony of human beings, economies and environment. This paper presents a combined method of K-means clustering and hierarchical clustering based on an index system of principal function regionalization, conducts the clustering with the real-world data on fourteen municipal regions of Hunan Province. We work out a set of alternatives of principal function regions based on the clustering result as the reference to support the decision process of government.
