着眼于目前建筑市场的竞争格局,着力于建筑工程项目的目标管理,落脚于建筑工程项目的质量、工期和成本目标的系统控制,以系统工程和控制论为基础,以工程项目管理规范为准则,以三大目标的控制为主线,从三大目标系统的特征出发,探索性地给出了三大目标控制的数学模型及其计算机实现的具体思路,以期促进现代项目管理的发展和企业经济效益的提高.

This article focuses on the competition of current construction market and on target management of building projects, in the light of control system for quality, schedule and cost objectives of the construction project. Based on the system engineering and cybernetics, with project management as the criterion, with three goals as the main control, from the characteristics of the three goals, the research mainly presents the mathematical model of the three goals control and the concrete ideas for computer operation. As a result,the study helped to improve the development of modern project management and the economic benefits of the enterprises.
