摘要
花粉管通道法自建立以来,在谷类分子育种中已有广泛应用.作为世界重要的经济作物和良好青储饲料,玉米是谷物中最佳研究和最易操作的遗传系统,使其成为首要模式系统.阐述了中国科学家最早提出的花粉管通道技术以及在玉米应用方面的最新研究进展.详细地综述了花粉管通道技术的操作、遗传转化机制和导入后代的分子验证方法,并对今后的发展前景进行了展望.
Exogenous DNA introduction via pollen tube pathway has been widely applied in crops molecular breeding since its foundation. As economically important crop and silage in the world, maize( Zeamay L. ) is the best-studied and most tractable genetic system among the cereals, making it the premier model system. The advance of poUen tube pathway method brought forward and the successful examples via the method in Maize are described, the mechanism in the process of genetic transformation and the molecular verification among offspring performed by using molecular marker are summarized, and the prospects of this method are imaged.
