《浙江省全科医师社区实践考核手册》实施情况的追踪调查

Status of Implement of "Handbook for Checking Community Practice of General Practitioner in Zhejiang Province"

目的通过对《浙江省全科医师社区实践考核手册》(考核手册)试用情况的追踪调查,分析全科医师岗位培训学员在社区实践中存在的主要问题,进一步探讨提高全科医师社区实践质量的方式和途径。方法选择浙江省嘉兴市2003—2008年所有完成社区实践的全科医师岗位培训学员的考核手册690本,重点分析学员的社区实践考核情况。结果思想品德素质考核:优秀669人(97.0%),合格21人(3.0%),无不合格;临床能力考核:综合得分90分及以上者668人(96.8%),85～89分者22人(3.2%)。结论社区实践考核因采用带教老师评分的考核方法,主观因素影响较大,考核结果很难反映学员的实际工作能力,采用一个地区集中考核的方法比较合适。

Objective To find out the major problems in community practice of general practitioner trainees so as to explore the model and approach to raise the practice quality of general practitioners.Methods Six hundred ninety ＂Handbooks for Checking Community Practice of General Practitioner in Zhejiang Province＂,which were accomplished by the general practitioner trainees in their community practice of duty training from 2003 to 2008 in Jiaxing city of Zhejiang province,were selected.The information of checking community practice was analyzed especially.Results In checking of moral character 669（97.0%） general practitioners were excellent,21（3.0%） were qualified,and no one was unqualified.In checking of clinical ability 668 （96.8%） general practitioners whose mark was≥90,and 22 （3.2%） whose mark was from 85 to 89.Conclusion It is difficult for checking results to reflect the actual work ability of trainees because the subjective factors of tutor teachers in grading.So introduction of concentrated checking in a region is more suitable.
