慢性肝炎患者生命质量测定量表QLICD-CH研制中的条目筛选

Item Selections in Developing Quality of Life Instrument for Patients with Chronic Hepatitis QLICD-CH

目的制定适合我国慢性肝炎患者生命质量测定的特异模块,为研究特异量表打下基础。方法采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式,通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合的方法对最初制定的条目进行筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表,到医院对慢性肝炎的专科医护工作者和患者进行问卷调查和访谈,其中医生和护士22人,患者33人,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、医生重要性评分法、患者重要性评分法对结果进行分析。结果按上述5种方法分别选出24、29、40、26和25个条目,综合这些结果并结合讨论最后选定19个条目为慢性肝炎患者的特异模块条目。结论按严格的程序选出的19个条目在慢性肝炎患者生命质量评价中有很好的代表性和内容效度。

Objective To develop the suitable specific module of the quality of life instrument for patients with chronic hepatitis in China,and thus to lay a foundation for researching the relevant specific scale.Methods A preliminary rating scales was developed by using the programmed decision of nominal group and focus group methods,and the combined qualitative and quantitative investigation and analysis for screening,assessing and revising the originally formulated items.Then the questionnaire survey and interview were conducted among 33 chronic hepatitis patients and 22 specialty doctors of hepatitis.The results were analyzed by methods of variation coefficients,correlation analysis,factor analysis,patients＇ importance rating procedure and doctors＇ importance rating procedure.Results Some 24,29,40,26 and 25 items were respectively selected by the above five statistical procedures,and thus a 19-item specific module was formed finally by combining these results and discussions.Conclusion The 19-item specific module developed on the strict procedures has good content validity and representativeness for patients with chronic hepatitis.
