摘要家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACES)作为一种评价家庭功能的自评量表,在国外发展近30年,广泛运用于科研研究和临床评价。关于它的研究一直受到心理学、精神卫生和社会学等专家的关注。而它作为一种常用的家庭评估工具,在全科医学领域的研究尚少。本研究对该量表的开发和发展以及在其发展过程中对每一版本的研究和应用现状进行了分析。 Family adaptability and cohesion evaluation scales （FACES） as a family assessment tool has been widely used in research and clinical evaluation,which has been developed abroad for nearly thirty years as a self-report instrument evaluating family function.It has been studied by many experts in psychology,mental hygienics and sociology.However,there has been little study on it in the field of general practice.In this paper we present the exploitation and development of the scales,evaluating the studies and application for each version.
