放射性臂丛神经损伤是放射治疗后很少见的不可治愈的并发症之一,常造成患者终身残疾,严重影响患者的生存质量。本文就有关放射性臂丛神经损伤的发病率、发病机制和临床特征的研究进展进行综述。

Radiation-induced brachial piexopathy is one of the uncommon and untreatable complications of radiotherapy.It often leads to a lifelong disability of patient,and greatly impacts the quality of life.This article reviews the advances in research on incidence rate,pathogenesis,and clinical feature.
