摘要
研究硝基苯催化加氢工艺,发现Pt/C催化剂比表面积与其催化活性关系不大,控制反应速度和反应工艺条件,可得到高收率的对氨基苯酚;控制反应时间在2h内可减少杂质二胺基二苯醚的生成,提高产品纯度。考察H2中O2含量的影响,发现在10×10-6~2000×10-6范围内。
Synthesis of para aminophenol(PAP)is studied by hydrogenation of nitrobenzene over a Pt/C catalyst.It is found that the activity of the catalyst has little to do with its surface area and a high yield of PAP can be obtained through controlling reaction speed and conditions. The formation of PhNH 2 and DADPE can be inhibited by shortening reaction time.The results also show that the content of O 2 in H 2 ranging from (10~2000)×10 -6 has little effect on the yield of PAP.
