摘要
在吸附仪上分别测定了在国产碳分子筛和国外优质碳分子筛上O2、N2、CH4、CO2等的吸附量及吸附等温线,推测其微孔孔径分布,并由吸附理论方程和微孔填充理论方程计算出碳分子筛的比表面积和微孔容积。比较了碳分子筛制氮流程的产氮率、氮气回收率与碳分子筛对氧、氮等动态吸附量的关系。
A new method is presented for evaluating several carbon molecular sieves(CMS),made both of home and abroad,for PSA N 2.The adsorption velocity,adsorpted amounts of oxygen,nitrogen and argon,and adsorption isotherm curve of carbon dioxide are experimentally determined on the sieves in a volume adsorption apparatus.The isotherm curve of CO 2 is used to figure out the specific area and micropore volume of a CMS.The new evaluation method is based on these data. The results obtained are satisfactory compared with those of model tests.
