摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Al掺杂ZnO(Al-ZnO)纳米粉体.X射线衍射分析(XRD)和能谱(EDS)表明Al固溶在ZnO的晶格中.采用差示扫描热分析仪(TG-DSC)分析并初步确定影响纳米粉体电性能的因素,如:醋酸锌浓度、柠檬酸三铵浓度、掺杂比例、乙醇与水体积比和煅烧温度等的范围.结合正交设计法对各因素进行优化,得到最佳实验条件为:煅烧温度1 150℃,乙醇与水的体积比1.8∶1,醋酸锌浓度1 mol/L,柠檬酸三铵浓度2 mol/L,Al掺杂质量分数2%. ZnO nanoparticles intermingled with Al (Al-ZnO) were gained by the sol-gel method. The solid solution structure of Al-ZnO was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). By using thermo-gravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), the range of influencing factors, such as (CH3COO) 2Zn concentration, (NH4) 3C6H507 concentration, mass of Al^3 + adulteration, ratio of water and alcohol, calcining temperature was confirmed. The influencing factors were also studied by the orthogonal design. The optimization experimental conditions were calcining temperature of 1 150 ℃, the ratio of water and alcohol of 1.8, (CH3COO)2Zn concentration of 1 mol/L, (NH4)3C6H5O7 concentration of 2 moL/L and the mass fraction of Al^3+ adulteration of 2%.
