摘要
用矿粉对环氧树脂基混凝土修补材料进行改性,测试改性修补材料的力学性能和耐久性.结果表明:当矿粉完全替代水泥时,修补材料的抗折强度超过12.5MPa,抗压强度为65.6MPa.矿粉环氧树脂基混凝土修补材料的耐久性优良,矿粉替代100%水泥的修补材料在质量分数3%NaCl溶液中侵蚀365d后的抗压强度保持率为95.7%,在3%MgS04溶液中侵蚀365d后的抗压强度保持率为98.4%.经50次冻融循环后,试样COS50~C50S0的抗压强度保持率均约为100%,200次冻融循环后,抗压强度保持率高于95%.
Slag powder was used to modify epoxy resin-based repair materials and to test its mechanical properties and the durability. When the slag powder replaced cement totally, the bend strength was over 12.5 MPa and the compressive strength was 65.6 MPa. After soaked in 3% NaC1 solution for 365 days, the compressive residual strength ratio was 95.7%, and the compressive residual strength ratio was 98.4% after soaked in 3% MgS04 solution for 365 days. Suffered for 50 and 200 cycles of frost-thawing, the slag powder-epoxy repair materials showed excellent frost resistance, and the keeping ratios of the compressive residual strength are 100% and above 95%.
