摘要
针对石化生产中钛材换热器上硅酸盐结垢,通过溶垢及钛材的腐蚀性研究和小型试验,采用以硝酸为主,氢氟酸为辅,添加适量的特种缓蚀剂、辅助药剂等进行化学清洗,该工艺在郑州实验化工厂钛材换热器上的应用表明,清洗剂选择合理,工艺参数完善,钛管内污垢清洗干净,无腐蚀现象发生,清洗取得园满成功。
A large number of small-scale experiments have been done to deal with the silicate scale generated on titanium-made heat exchange facilities in petrochemical production. Researches into dissolving dirt and the anti-corrosivity of titanium have come up with a comprehensive chemical cleaning process by adding nitric acid together with hydrofluoric acid and a certain amount of special-type corrosion inhibitor and auxiliary agents. The application of this chemical process in cleaning the titanium-made heat exchange facilities in Zhengzhou Experimental Chemical Plant proves to be a complete success: the cleaning agent is proper, the processing parameter is perfect, the cleaning effect is good, and there is no corrosion on the titanium-made equipment.
