摘要
对酚醛浸渍处理杉木与杉木素材的干缩性、湿胀性、吸水性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:从湿材到全干的过程中,浸渍杉木的径向、弦向、体积平均干缩率分别比杉木素材小0.15%、2.46%、2.16%;在全干到吸水稳定的过程中,浸渍杉木的径向、弦向和体积平均湿胀率分别比杉木素材小0.73%、2.95%、3.90%;处理材的最终平均吸水率为186.41%,明显小于未处理材的最终平均吸水率247.92%。这说明在一定的大气环境下,浸渍杉木的尺寸稳定性要优于杉木素材。
The paper based on a comparison research between resin impregnation treated Chinese fir and untreated Chinese fir, concerning the characters of shrinkage, swelling and water absorption. The result shows that, comparing with the untreated Chinese fir, the average shrinkage ratio in radial, tangential direction and volume decrease 0.15%, 2.46%, 2.16% respectively after resin impregnation treated during the process from green wood to complete dry wood, while the average swelling ratio in radial, tangential direction and volume decrease 0.73%, 2.95%, 3.90% respectively after resin impregnation treated during the process from complete dry to certain stable water absorption, also the final average water absorption ratio is 186.41%, which is obviously less than that of untreated Chinese fir 247.92%. On all accounts, the dimension stability of resin impregnation treated Chinese fir is superior to untreated Chinese fir.
