摘要
本文从两个方面阐述了炼化装置节能减排的工作重点:一是提高节能技术,二是利用国际有利环境,如参加清洁发展机制(CDM)项目。最后本文还对炼化装置节能减排工作提出一些建议。
This paper describes the main work of energy-saving emission reduction on refining and chemical plant from two aspects： one is improving the energy-saving technologies; the other is using of international environment, for example to participate in the Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） projects. This paper also proposed some advices for the work of energy-saving emission reduction on refining and chemical plant.
