摘要
人力资源管理是一门新兴的职业,随着国家岗位准入制度的推行,必将要求从事人力资源管理工作的人员具备从业资格证书。为了拓宽学生的就业面,增加学生就业的竞争砝码,盐城明达职业技术学院从2005年开始引进企业人力资源管理师(四级)资格认证。从历年的考证培训实战经验出发,探讨高职院校企业人力资源管理师(四级)考证培训策略,以期对同行开展考证培训工作有所助益。
Human resources management is an emerging profession. With the implementation of the national job access system, the human resources management staff are bound to be asked to obtain the qualification certificates. In order to make more employment opportunities available to our students and sharpen their competitive edge, our college introduced Human Resource Management Certification (Level 4) in 2005. In this thesis the author analyzes each year's training experience and explores the training strategies of Human Resource Management Certification (Level 4) , and give some useful suggestions.
