腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆道造影的临床应用

The clinical value of intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)中胆道造影的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析2006年3月～2008年5月腹腔镜胆囊切除术中经胆囊管插管行胆道造影36例患者的临床资料。结果:造影36例均获成功,发现胆总管结石8例,胆管损伤1例。结论:LC术中胆道造影可避免术后胆管残石的发生及不必要的胆管探查,及时发现胆管损伤,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To explore the clinical value of intraoperative cholangiography（IOC） in laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods： The clinical data of 36 patients receiving intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy from March 2006 to May 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Cholangiography was performed in 36 cases.8 cases bile duct stone,1 case bile duct injury. Conclusion： Intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is of high clinical value that decrease the post operative complications and boost the quality in LC, which can prevent residual calculi after operation,avert bile duct exploration or injury and make sure of abnormal bile duct.
