2004～2008年四川省岳池县麻疹流行特征分析

目的:分析岳池县2004～2008年麻疹流行特征,为其防治提供科学依据。方法:采用描述性流行病学方法分析资料。结果:2004～2008年共报告麻疹619例,各年度发病率分别为3.02/10万、7.41/10万、3.96/10万、37.57/10万、0.84/10万,年均发病率为10.59/10万;发病有明显的季节性,以4～7月为发病高峰;发病年龄以0～14岁为发病高峰,占93.54%;职业以散居儿童为主,共335例,占54.12%,其次是学生170例,托幼儿童76例,分别占27.46%、12.28%;男女性别比为1.46∶1。结论:岳池县麻疹发病仍处于较高水平,应采取综合性措施加强防控工作。

Objective：Analyzes of the measles popular characteristics in Yuechi from 2004 to 2008 year, provides the scientific basis for its preventing and controlling.Methods：Used the descriptive epidemiology method analysis material.Results： It was reported the measles 619 examples altogether in 2004-2008, various years disease incidence rate respectively was 3.02/100 000, 7.41/100 000, 3.96/100 000, 37.57/100 000, 0.84/100 000, the yearly average disease incidence rate was 10.59/100 000; The morbidity had the obvious seasonal characteristic, April to July as was taken bad the peak; The morbidity age was taken bad the peak take 0-14 years old, accounts for 93.54%; The occupation lived scatteredly the child primarily 335 examples, accounts for 54.12%,next was the student 170, the day care child 76 examples, account for 27.46% separately, 12.28%; The male and female sex ratio was 1.46∶1. Conclusion：The epidemic encephalitis morbidity is in the high level, It should adopt the comprehensive preventing and controlling measure enhancement to guard against controls the work.
