醇法叔胺生产工艺质量控制

Alcohol one-step production process quality control of tertiary amine

摘要 结合醇一步法叔胺生产实际情况,介绍了生产过程工艺及其对质量的影响因素,品质优越的叔胺生产是以高性能胺化催化剂及有效的工艺控制为保障条件。通过不同品种催化剂、工艺条件(温度、氢气分压等)对胺化反应进程的质量控制进行了讨论,认为胺化反应最终产物粗叔胺中伯/仲胺及残余醇的含量是影响成品质量的关键因素。 Through production of tertiary amines with.alcohol-step process,the production process technology and its effective factor of quality are introduced.The high quality of production is based on superior performance tertiary amine catalyst and an effective process control.The different varieties of catalysts,process conditions (temperature,hydrogen partial pressure,etc.) have an effect on amination process and quality control of products.In the amination reaction of tertiary amines production,the final product of crude primary,secondary amines and residual alcohol content was a key factor affecting the quality of finished product.
