摘要
利用常化预脱碳一次冷轧法实验生产出0.23mm HIB,侧重研究热轧板经平整压下后,不同的常化时预脱碳工艺对预脱碳量的影响。讨论了采用常化脱碳工艺获得的热轧板组织与常规0.23mm HIB常化组织的差别。
A new testing process in the experiment has produced 0.23mmHIB. The difference between the obtained hot-rolled plate structure with the technique of decarburization in normalizing annealing and general HIB normalized structure is described, and the influence of different pre-decarburization process on pre-decarburized content when hot-rolled plate is plate-rolled is emphasized.
