Analysis of Hearth Roll and Oxygen Pipe Bulging

对Cr25Ni20Si2炉底辊和20#钢氧气管道两例鼓包缺陷实例进行了剖析。结果表明:炉底辊鼓包是由于严重的疏松缺陷及沿晶腐蚀裂纹引起的,氧气管道在试压过程中产生鼓包则与内部存在较严重的粗大条状夹渣有关。

An Analysis is made on the bulging in Cr25Ni20Si2 hearth roll and Steel 20 # oxygen pipe. The findings are that hearth roll bulging is caused by the severe loose defect and eroding crystal flaws and that oxygen pipe bulging in the process of pressure test has some connection with its internal coarse band snag.
